Absolutely awful! I’ve been told I need to have treatment off the back of a checkup. It’s been a month and it’s radio silent. Even after calling up regularly. The just don’t care when you speak to them on the phone and just want to get rid of you.

I attended Eye Infirmary ED today. A34. Walk in service. Busy but the staff appeared to be working incredibly hard to get patients seen in good time. Seen by Nurse Practitioner Ann who was very good and prescribed all necessary treatment. Great service. Thank you.
