It's a joke. The receptionist chewing gum like a cow chewing the cud, was just rude. Sent upstairs to wait 4 hours to get steroids that they could have given her downstairs. I hate the nhs, it needs to be scrapped and all these oxygen thefs sacked.

I had a quick service and was only in there for 2 hours which is really good compared to what I've heard but the 2 receptionists I had to speak too in 2 different departments were very rude. The lady lost my urine test results so had to do the whole thing all over again and was very rude about it in the UCT.

The all staff is really good except the doctor.I am suffering with chest pain for long time.But doctor wasn't hearing me he was busy with his mobile to text someone.He said this is not my father's hospital I can't do anything more than recommend you to take painkillers.I was nearly to cry 😭
