Nobody picks up the phone, Wednesday 11AM.. Again waited almost two hours for staff to pick up the phone I was 15th in the queue, after 1h50mins they hanged up the phone, I wrote an official complaint and will sue them for patient abuse and neglect

This is by far the worst GP I have ever had. Trying to book an appointment, on hold for 1.5hrs so I finally get through and they hung up on me before I could respond. Reception staff are rude and very very un helpful

a relaxing disaster Now they can't make an appointment with the receptionists, you have to spend hours on the phone and it must be specifically at 8:00am. and at the end they give an appointment via telephone. Looking on Youtube I have felt better than what a doctor can tell me over the phone.

I have decided after a lengthy duration with this surgery, that enough is enough, I am finally leaving. I tried to stick it out for consistency sake, but I'm certain after today that there are no decent compassionate doctors working there. I feel completely overlooked and get treated as though I'm hysterical whenever I mention any of my problems. I am often confronted with an expressionless man who close enough gas lights me every time I express concerns and I'm completely sick of it. Today I am finally leaving, and good riddance pretty much. The only upstroke is the reception staff seemed to have improved massively over the past year and are very helpful whenever I finally get through to them or pop in for an appointment.

I called this place today and i am very disappointed of the aggressive attitude of the receptionist! They were not even tryong to be helpfull or try to listen to what i have to say! I was very polite and understanding but that didn't change nothing , the forst time i called they just said we cant to this here, i had to call second time to another passive agressive receptionist but at least i got some kindof explanation ...and call other practice attitude ! I get we are all stressed, but we need to respect each other, and second thats the job you have ... You choose to do! Do it! helping people trough the phone i mean! No dought the clinic has 1 star! Is sad in 21 centry we get this kind of behavior from our health clinics .

The most horrendous doctors surgery I’ve ever encountered. From booking appointments to rude and incompetent receptionists, it’s discussing. Service is awful, they’re never willing to help. Women please be aware they have NO female doctors if your require one. Male only. I’m currently trying to move doctors and even that is a nightmare. Go anywhere but here!
