I tried to study English two times with two different esol teachers here. but I couldn't finish it unfortunately, both teachers were very rude and arrogant. So I had to stop attending. The first teacher I studied with in 2018/19 apart of being rude and attending always with bad mood also she didn't have apparently any study plans and seemed very disinterested and uncommitted to the job of teaching English there. The last time I tried to study was with Helen in 2021, she is a good English teacher and committed to the job but she also was a very rude and arrogant person, she likes to belittle students, their countries and culture. She behaved badly with me and with other students in class, also loves asking people about their life, where they live, and with whom? What do you do? She asks everything about people's lives but she doesn't like talking about her life and when people ask anything about her life, she always says it's none of your business! also in that time had covid vaccinations and every class day she was asking us and checking if everyone had been vaccinated. Everyone was very uncomfortable and pressured already with her checks. Because of her behavior, I felt humiliated in class a few times. She made me cry in class twice in everyone's presence. I reported her in front of the manager and told the manager what she does but Helen was so friendly and understanding around the manager, and of course, the manager took her side saying to me subtly that I was the one causing the trouble in the classroom and then next day Helen again treated me bad in class and made me cry again and I never went back to this place again. BE AWARE! If you will study there, You do not have to give any personal information about your life to Esol teachers. If still the esol teacher makes it look like a normal class activity or quiz game in your book or gives you as activities printed to be answered in paper for her.
