I want to thank the wonderful lady bus driver that regularly drives the 321 from New Cross to Sidcup Tesco. I’ve been lucky enough to get in the bus she drives twice now. Both times, on my journey, I have seen her go above and beyond to show additional kindness to her passengers. Personally helping a 97 year old neighbour safely off her bus and across the road safely. Waiting for people desperately running for the bus just for that few extra seconds. It’s so rare and lovely to see that I had to write to you. I don’t know her name but bus number is YY67UTJ and I was dropped off at the Moghul bus stop in Sidcup at 10.10pm this evening. If you ever reward your staff for going above and beyond please reward this lovely person! Thank you!
