Struggling to book an appointment, the only method is to ring up at 1pm as slots are released. Working shifts, I am unable to do this, online appointment booking need to be reinstated, as this current method is appalling and very difficult to do.

Signed up with this GP after seeing all the good reviews however was really disappointed as I phoned up to make an appointment because I am really struggling with my mental health at the moment and was offered an appointment in 4 WEEKS!! This literally shocked me because with my old GP I would get same or next day appointment and expected somewhat similar waiting times here considering all the good comments.
