Very rude staff and they don`t even know how to organise their enrolment day. I had to wait for 6 hours to get enrolled because they ask everyone to come on the same day which is ridiculous. Also the staff has no manners talking to students. My advice is DO NOT go to this college although if you want to go to this college please do not go on the very first day of enrolment as it is going to be chaos. I hope I saved someone`s life. Now let`s talk about studying inside the college. Only few teachers are nice, otherwise from security guard to teachers all are very rude. Don`t know why they show attitude to us. I studied at red bridge campus so i just know about this campus. I am sure the rest are also same. Thank you.

Didn't run a course that I waited a month for because only two people were on it. Waited over a month for this to start and need it to start my new work. No communication, next course isn't for a month.

Wished I was able to put a zero. Ardleigh green, new city college for a college that is supposed to show encouragement and support its extremely lacking. Organisational skills are terribly poor, if you have a problem with a subject they act blind and dumb even though you've complained. Only reason I'm there is because it is the nearest college to me that does Access to Medicine otherwise if your not determined and motivated to a course or you have any type of learning disability don't bother, they just want the money and numbers.

Studied online during covid. It was difficult for me due to dyslexia and health issues. They refused my certificate as I didn’t perform as well and couldn’t use my notes. I clearly had forgotten some of the things as I struggle with my memory. They didn’t give me my certificate. I am very distraught!

The phone line is terrible; they always leave you on voicemail; you can't report your absence or anything else happening because of the poor service; as a result, you get in trouble and are accused of "truanting." Improvement is necessary
