Went there for the first time recently. The waiting times to try on a shoe was very long . Couldn't for some reason try on more then one trainer at a time. Not enough staff it looked like . Could not be bothered to wait in the end and went to sketchers instead. I actually preferred the trainers in there bonus was there was more staff also to help.
