What I like about NAG is they talk to you. So many agencies these days just run your CV through an automated system, and you hear nothing else! I have used NAG as both a candidate and client and each time they never let me down. Lucy Wildish always takes the time to understand what your requirements are and is honest about what they can or cannot deliver. With the years of experience she has, she has an excellent understanding of people and the modern workplace. She goes deeper than the CV and gives people the confidence to meet their full potential. I’m still at the job she placed me at two years ago and this year she found us a new candidate which we were struggling to find. She doesn’t give up easily and I’m confused by some of the negative comments from others. If you’re genuinely trying to find a job or new candidate NAG could not be more helpful.

Don't waste your time I spent ages sending forms across to a useless employee called Shaun who kept saying he hadn't received emails when I can clearly see they sent then asked me to redo most of them again and to attach pictures for my right to work which I had already done and he stated I hadn't and once again I can clearly see I already did. Very poorly run on Shaun's part I can't speak for the other employees but my personal experience would say don't bother and look elsewhere I have plenty of references proving my worth so they lost out on a reliable worker.

I signed up to this agency in September and I started a job in sheerness that was from the September to the December. at the end October I asked if I could change shift it wasn’t allowed, i openly said in the most positive way that I will have to find a new job but I won’t leave over night or without notice because i don’t like to leave any place on bad terms… I was repaid by getting told the next Monday morning I wouldn’t be needed anymore. That’s how I was repaid for not being dirty and going behind their backs and just leaving That’s how I was repaid for never being late or rude once Honestly is not the best policy when it comes to Eaton the company in sheerness that I worked for because they had no care about my disabled family the only reason I asked to change shift. Honestly is not the best policy when it comes to The agency… they knew Thursday that Friday would be my last shift and let me know Monday morning after my sisters birthday weekend so I spent money I never had and they never told me before incase they needed one more day out of me. All done behind my back while I was completely open and honest.

Don't waste your time with this agency they are an embarrassment and should be a shamed of themselves
