If you wish for help, support and a general feeling of kindness, go to Winchester or Alton. Some of those who work here are the must grumpy middle aged men I have ever met. I am giving this 1 star since theoretically they do have the capacity to recycle things.

Just been turned away for household bathroom waste from our house because we had it in a van , all pre-booked , we have permit , also wanted to charge £6 per bag of waste which is a joke , extremely disappointed with this result as we're only trying to get rid of unwanted waste

Told to reverse into parking, this meant being close to other bins so difficult to get to my boot. Wouldn't let me stop near cardboard bin. Bearing in mind I'm 70 and had 25 odd cardboard moving boxes. They just laughed as I went backwards and forwards five boxes at a time. I know they are not allowed to help you physically but to me they just went out if their way to be awkward.

Not a usual place to review but it came up as a suggestion ! Second visit under current covid guidelines and it worked very well. Easy to book online and no waiting when on actual site. Clear signage and cheery welcome from attendant. Job done ✅
