Provided verbal quote "2hrs @£72 will be £144". Then charged £181 based on a different cost formula and denied previous verbal quote. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm dishonest. I will not use again and recommend against using them. If you do use them, get a written quote. If you are a woman don't go there alone, they are bullies.

Used New Again to diagnose and fix a water leak in my Audi A5 convertible. Professional, courteous and informative every single step of the way. Such was their record keeping of the work they did (with videos sent to me at every step) I was able to use the evidence to successfully pursue a claim for the money spent against a shoddy audio installer that created the leak previously. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. Well worth travelling to access such a specialist service. Thanks New Again team.

My car suffered a sunroof leak back in January which I got fixed, but under the carpets there was a considerable amount of residual water in the sound-proofing which I couldn't get out with a wet vac. I don't have a garage or off-street parking so I couldn't lift the carpets myself. I found that New Again offered a drying service for car water leaks , so contacted Gary who was extremely helpful and got me booked in a few days later. When the car was in I was sent videos showing the progress of the work. I was pretty shocked how much water was trapped in the footwells. The carpets were lifted and dried with heated air for a couple of days. The carpets were then decontaminated with anti-microbial treatment and returned to original positiion. An example of the great attention to detail that Gary and his team showed was in the first assessment video sent with the work estimate where it was noted that a rear door cill trim wasn't correctly clipped in (I think a tow-bar fiitter hadn't replaced it correctly when running wires to the boot) - this was returned to how it should have been when I collected the car. They had even polished the car for me as part of the the service. Really impressed. Gary has a great business offerering services it is difficult to find elsewhere, and he offers friendly, sound advice. Highly recommended.

Had leaks found and fixed on my VW Golf which was soaking wet inside. Gary and the team provide an excellent service with videos/pics/updates all the way through from quoting for the job , through the job to completion. No complaints. Done 2 weeks ago and with all the heavy rain the car is dry and no issues. Guarantee is provided for peace of mind too. Overall would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
