We put our two cats in for 4 days, it was the first time putting them into a Cattery as they are only 5 months, so I was already nervous about this. All reviews seemed okay and the pictures online looked clean and tidy. I was shocked when I arrived unfortunately it was too late notice to find anywhere else, the owners seemed friendly enough. I left feeling awful but hopeful they would get basic care for the short time we were away. We arrived to collect them this morning and they were covered in urine. The room they were staying in stunk and was covered in litter their toys and blanket we took for them was wet through and the room was cold and dark. I wouldn’t leave them here again, we have had to bath them when they got home because the smell was that awful. I felt like they have been fed but left the whole time.
