    I came across a poor old lady who broke down on Belgrave Road with one of your scooters. She’s had problems all day and poor lady had to depend on us as passers by to take her to the toilet. We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes now. You’ve all been very polite though and is now here to help

    Absolutely amazing service & extremely friendly. Hired a mobility scooter for my Dad for the first time so we could all take longer walks on the seafront. These guys were so helpful. Dad tried a scooter in store then they dropped one off at very short notice to our Torquay hotel where they helped him familiarise with the controls & manoeuvering. They then collected at our convenience. They really couldn’t have been more helpful & we’ll definitely use again if in the area.

    Absolutely shocking service and lies from this place! Put in a claim for an accident beginning of July, they came out but did not look for damage, told me they had contacted my insurance company but they hadn't! Phoned 3 times this week to be told I would get a call back! Still waiting! I give up! I now rely on costly taxi's due to their incompetence!

    I was looking for something to help me get further without my legs hurting and the pain. I was greeted and shown all different scooters. The guys helping were absolutely on the ball especially (Kevin.) he was full of jokes and very down to earth.. They know everything about scooters, I'd recommend them 100% and easy to park outside the shop.One very happy customer.
