I saw Neville and David last week after a botched bob and micro fringe at another salon. They worked a miracle considering how little hair they had to play with. I walked into the salon with extremely damaged fried elastic hair condition from a different salon. Jack was extremely welcoming, gave me a solution which covered all my concerns to save my hair; and overall gave me feeling and the right energy that I’m in safe hands and that everything will become better for my hair condition. I cannot wait to start working with him and the other members as my hair needs treatments, a new colour, and a cut. I feel so much better now that I know there’s a way to save my hair.
