We recently used Neville for my grandfather's funeral service following the good experience we had previously had with my grandmother. I am pleased to say that they're wonderful customer service, value for money and support has not changed one bit . I was particularly impressed by their ability to talk you through the process and arrange/ organise your funeral with other agencies, in our case, using a London double decker bus instead of a hearse. They could not have done anything better. We were just 100% satisfied with no room for improvement that I could possibly see. Most local agencies such as florists are well aware of Neville and likewise, work with them to make sure that your loved one gets the send off that they would want. At the same time they keep things convenient, cost effective and easy for those that are grieving and bereaved

Organising a funeral for a loved one is difficult at the best of times. I don’t normally leave google reviews, but the care and attention to detail shown by Kerry from their Dunstable branch was outstanding, and I felt it only fitting to do so.
