I have been overly patient with some suppliers to my businesses, unfortunately Neve is one business that I have been far too patient with. I am owed over £400, and have been for months. This is BEFORE the lockdown. I only pay cash for all deliveries, however, whilst they promised a cheque as payment for what I am owed, I was advised later last year that I would have to have it in fish? This obviously makes sense for them, but not for a paying customer. Having called numerous times this week to sort things out, no one will take responsibility. It does not matter the quality of the product if the service is dreadful. The fact they advise me they owe me money but don't pay it is ridiculous, frustrating and annoying. I currently cannot recommend any business using them, and paying up front for the goods.

Terrible service. Ordered through Shane on WhatsApp and didn’t receive the order. Tried to ring had the phone put down three times and gave up. we pay cash on delivery so it’s not an accounts issue perhaps I didn’t like the fact that we sent the out of date bacon back
