    Thanks Net Work Plus for Listening to my Problem on the Phone, Severn Trent Water Made ( Big Mistake) and Didn't put my Urgent Appointment through to Net Work Plus, And the Paper Work didnt go through!!!!......So I was Waiting Patiently for someone to Appear and do my Leak!!! !Really Annoyed so they never Turned up and I was up at 7.30 am , Just incase they came on time!!!...It was 8am till 1pm and I was stil Waiting at 1.30 pm, This didnt Help My Mental Health, As I have Mild Bipolar and it made me Extremely Anxious. So I rang Severn Trent Water And a Lovely Man Called Craig Helped me out with a New Appointment thankyou so much ......Mrs Helen Cooper.

    Rude employees doing a terrible job of representing their company - whichever one of your colleagues was driving BD20FHE on the M4 on the morning of 06/04/23 - you nearly caused a multi car pileup and then went on to swear and shout abuse at others out of your window while driving. If that's what your staff behave like first thing in the morning I wouldn't want to deal with them when they're actually doing their job!

    Enquiry passed on from Severn Trent to Rachel at Network Plus at 4.30pm. Effectively told "computer says no" (job not on system) despite me giving an explanation; chat conversation was then immediately closed after the operative's last response (get in touch tomorrow), leaving me no opportunity to ask the best way to recommence the enquiry. Perhaps it was time to go home? Not a great start, and reading these reviews my hopes are pretty low.

    They turned up to fix a leak on the main road, turned the water off to several households, fixed the leak but forgot to turn the water back on. Incompetence at its worst.

    I can't believe that in 2022 National Grid uses this company to install cables in the public highway when they clearly demonstrate such a total disregard for the health & safety of their own employees and the general public. There appears to be a culture of total apathy demonstrated by their employees along with zero supervision of their workforce to ensure that work is actually carried out safely. I witnessed a multitude of H&S issues throughout their work including: Dry cutting tarmac with no dust suppression, and no mask worn by the operator; No ear protection when using a pneumatic drill; No hard hats worn at any time even when working under a digger arm or a grab arm; Blocking a main road with a grab lorry forcing traffic to drive onto the pavement; Blocking a pavement and half the carriageway with a trench for a week without bothering to providing any pedestrian route forcing the public to walk out into the middle of the road along with the traffic. The way this company operates its work sites is a disaster waiting to happen. If the company itself isn't interested then I believe that the HSE need to do some proactive monitoring of this company's work practices to avoid serious harm occurring to their own employees or members of the general public with the misfortune to be in their proximity.
