My dog Patch is normally scared and is known to bite so I was worried about my booking before hand as nobody wants there dog biting someone. But the lady in charge Jacki was amazing throughout and before. I will definitely be taking him back and I would advise anybody else does the same.

Excellent groom from Jacki!! She came across very experienced and that was apparent in her work. I've been informed previously that my dog is difficult to groom and becomes both aggressive and anxious; But even so Jacki was more than happy to take him on. He came out of his groom completely fine and even happy, I'd never see anything like it! Jacki explained all that she had done and why he may have come across like he has before. I've been so worried about finding a groomer for him and now I am so grateful that my mind is at ease. I cannot thank you enough!!
