Bought a brush and can of paint from this shop, never get to use them wanting to return. (Total cost £25) At the point of sell the owner didn’t provide a sales receipt to start with, never mentioned a word of their refund procedures (20% deduction from your original purchase), also the refund notice is right behind the entrance( as in my photos) no one will ever see!!!! At one point the owner even claim that he didn’t sell me the items and ask me to proof the sales. As I have made a cash payment there is no way to do so. I ask him to check his CCTV to show my present which he rejected. This is a cheap way of running a business, the owners attitude was you either stop the return or take my 20% deduction offer. I was disgusted by his customer service experience. So I post this review for everyone else to be aware of this shop. Think before you buy!!!!!!!!!!
