We moved here from the awful Peacock on Carlton Hill. Cannot fault the doctors & reception staff here. They’re very helpful, caring & are doing a great job.

I have found that Netherfield Medical Centre are outstanding. The receptionists(& doctors & nurses)are patient, caring, understanding and friendly which is so important to people like myself who find it difficult to pick up the phone and interact. I just wanted to say a massive "Thankyou" to you all in such a hard time for everyone.

Receptionists are very hostile, if you want to book an appointment you better go to Church and ask for a miracle, lack of service and professionalism. The GPs are apparently good, but in order to see them you have to be recommended by the "Big Authority Receptionists" at the entrance, if they won't blame on you for presenting yourself at the "wrong times" which they suggested you few hours before or the day before. It would be better just to have the robots doing the check in they are more friendly and understanding.

Yes it take some time to get through on the phone when it’s busy, but they reply to emails very quickly so would recommend using this if you struggle to get through. The receptionists seem caring and always try to help, and I’ve never had problem getting appointments when you ring early. The doctors and nurses are very friendly. Hearing some terrible things about other doctor surgeries recently and feel quite blessed that this is the surgery I am with considering how much the NHS is struggling these guys deserve some credit for all the work they do

My mother was booked in for an appointment with the pharmacist Blessy the other week. Very nice gentleman who went through all the medications with us and explained all the recent changes which were never mentioned before. He discussed all blood results with us and what it means for the medications. Only downside is it's easier to get an appointment with pharmacist than GP.

I find it utterly disgusting that the surgery has been closed Boxing Day and now also the 27th. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for a week now as I’m severely ill, but cannot. How ridiculous. People are still ill on “national” holidays!!!! Outrageous.

I hate giving bad reviews but this place is a joke. I've waited till 8 on the dot to ring and even then they don't answer because of high volume calls. How are you supposed to ever get an appointment here?!?!

No sympathy or care to customer's over the phone. Calling the doctors for an appointment is the most frustrating and sad experience in my life. When I most needed to see a doctor the receptionist tells me that I need to go to the farmacy first. I would have to be 10 days ill to have a chance to get the lottery ticket to finally see the doctor. Totally unprofessional and uncooperative.
