Just called to chase my sons birthday present ordered on 12pm next day delivery only to be told it won't now arrive until the next day. Not only does he not have a present to open, it has also ruined the sports party we had planned for him and his friends. I chose this site because of the delivery options and convenience opposed to buying in store, however completely regret that having ruined his birthday. The shipping has been refunded and when asked if they would consider a gesture of goodwill to refund the price of the basketball I was told they had already gone 'above and beyond' to compensate! The complete lack of experience, wisdom and judgement of the customer service agent to think the price of a basketball is worth more to them than a returning customer is incredible. I won't be using them ever again and advise anyone who needs reliable delivery to avoid this company. Even if you don't need reliable delivery, order at your own risk if you have a problem with the product, the customer service is appalling and lacking in any common sense.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Ordered goals for my daughters birthday which never arrived. Having phoned and explained was promised express delivery which again never turned up. Do not use this company!
