If I could give this company minus 10 I would. Can't get through to speak to them, on line chat waited 45 minutes for a response, unable to opt out of contributions even through I an already claiming pension. Scandalous

I don't understand why so many negative reviews, I've just spoken to a lady at nest and yes the call centre was in Mumbai, India, response time was quick, good advice and help given in a very respectful manner, she also spoke very good english.

For over 18 months they've held up a very simple transfer out of a tiny amount to my current workplace pension. Information has been provided multiple times, arbitrary conditions they've set have been met but goalposts constantly get moved each time. It's exhausting and frustrating. They've now restarted the process AGAIN. Broken company, broken system.
