Our first experience with the pop up shop at ponds forge for the Yorkshires. Treated my son to new training and racing goggles. Didn’t catch the man’s name, he was very professional and friendly. He had my son try multiple different pairs to make sure each item fit properly and felt good on him. We had no price limit as they were a treat and it was a nice surprise to see, when I checked the store online later the goggles we tried had ranged from £10-£30+ but there was absolutely no push for us to buy the expensive ones. He genuinely wanted my son to have the ones that fit him best, whereas other places would’ve probably tried to push the more expensive ones on us. We chatted about swimming and he knows his stuff, saw him again the next day and he was great with my son again. Also nice to know their shop sells branded items at a fair bit cheaper than I’ve seen elsewhere! I’ll be doing an online order soon. Thanks.

I originally ordered online only for the sizes I’d ordered to be completely wrong (my mistake) I rang the shop to ask about how to return them and the lady kindly suggested as we were local, to pop into the store as it’s really hard to get the perfect fit going by size alone. When we went to she shop, we were greeted by Lynn who swiftly selected a couple of swimsuits to get the right size for my daughter, these were way off what I’d ordered! Once we got the right sizes Lynn then found the right style of swimsuits to get the perfect fit for my daughters body shapes. We were all so happy we decided to get the girls fitted for new goggles while we were there, again Lynn had many different styles for them to try to ensure they got what suited their face shapes. So happy with the service and advice, will definitely be back soon. Thanks again 2 happy girls and a happy mummy!
