We have visited this place three times over the weekend as New Beach caravan bar and food was awful. The staff need extra hands - Michelle (I think) was so funny her and the bar lady were so helpful, friendly, laughing at own errors. Need a few more non alcoholic drinks ordered in. Food was nice. We had different meals over the few days. It's made fresh so yes you have a wait. But when arrived it was hot and not chucked on the plate. Guess in high season this would be a bit of a nightmare- especially as seem to have limited staff. But two ladies we meet you need a pay rise. Thanks for the giggles

Had the carvery. Only pork and end of turkey available, rubbish Yorkshire puddings, raw carrots and burnt potatoes. No conversation from the girl serving. Other food not good. Very disappointed. Decor the only nice thing about the place. Avoid and go into The Galley at Dymchurch

Had Sunday roast here. Food was lovely, place was very clean and tidy with friendly staff. Dogs were allowed in the pub garden and at the bar. Loads of parking and plenty of seating inside. Kids play area outside aswel. We sat outside in the sun. Only downside was the price of the Sunday lunch in my opinion it was abit expensive and to be fair the plates were also very small, as were the kids meals. And just to mention on a Sunday they only done the carvery so don't expect to order anything else off the menu. Kid-friendliness: Outdoor kids play area

Lovely place, with great food, excellent service, nice coffee and gorgeous cakes. The service from Ben, Theo, David and Maria was second to none. Will definitely be returning and telling others about how good it is.
