Visit a friend and do her shopping etc. Door entry to individual flats was not working for more than 12 weeks to this lady, many complaints later finally fixed!

Absolutely disgusting been trying to get number for this place for over an hour..yes its urgent!!! Only numer online is 'not recognised' so why hasnt the new number been registered??? Surely with elderly people residing here there should be a contact number

This is an elderly sheltered accommodation and I was here to visit a tenant to carry out some work. It seems secure, clean and the tenants I did meet were friendly. The flats were roomy and warm and the communal areas are free from clutter, tidy and clean. It looks a nice place to live.
