AVOID Bought a neon at the beginning of May. Even with chasing it still took more than 3 weeks for it to arrive. Was in a battered box when it finally did. It didn’t work. They sent a new adapter which again required me chasing and a long wait. Still doesn’t work. After three months of chasing they have failed to respond, send me a refund or a functioning light. Since then I have also received an invoice from customs that I am expected to pay for a product I am yet to be able to use.

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering a sign from here 12 weeks ago. I was assured that they would have no problem shipping to Spain and that I should receive the sign within 7-14 days, I paid extra to cover the postage to Spain. 12 weeks later and 126€ out of pocket, I’m still waiting. After numerous emails they sent me a link to track the parcel, it was sent from a logistics centre in May and because the customs paperwork was not filled in correctly, sent back to its original destination which is the company’s address. As far as I can see it’s still in transit, I have no idea where but Neon Pop refuses to refund me until they receive the item which is probably never. Interesting to see that their website states that ‘Due to Unforeseen Circumstances neonpop.co.uk is currently unavailable until further notice. All orders will be processed as normal and will be delivered without any delays.’ Looks like myself and many others will have kissed goodbye to their hard earned cash.

Recently received a light from here, it was completely broken on arrival, letters were broken, the wiring was so bad that it only turns on if the light is held in by hand. Because I need it for an event I offered to attempt to re-solder the main connection ( which would still leave me with a half broken light, but something that at least turns on) - and they have offered a 10% discount, and take no liability. I have sent videos and photos showing how it doesn’t turn on unless wires are held in because it hasn’t been soldered properly. Avoid this place at all costs, I have had similar lights from other companies and the quality is completely different- I’m astounded their lights ever work. By the way, I’m qualified engineer, so I know what good quality vs garbage products look like. Go elsewhere . The attached picture shows the light with letters not working when I’m holding in the main wiring. When I’m not manually holding in the main wiring, it doesn’t turn on.
