WOEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE/EXPERIENCE. ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE INLINE WITH GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE! I ordered my neon light on a Sunday evening, for an event that I was holding on the upcoming Friday evening. At the time of order, neon filter’s webpage said ‘order within the next 3hr and 42 minutes, and delivery will be on or before the upcoming Friday’. Come Wednesday, I had not heard anything, other than receiving my order confirmation. I proactively contacted the team via email to check my item would still be delivered on Friday, and they said ‘we are on track to dispatching your order tomorrow via next business day delivery’, which was great, all on track for Friday delivery. Come Friday morning, I had not received a dispatch confirmation, or courier details. I proactively contacted the team again via email, at 7:46, to confirm delivery would be today (Friday). I heard nothing back. Eventually, I found a telephone number. I rang this number several times in the lead-up to 11am, and was told by the person answering that ‘they could not help or put me through to the Customer Services team, but would pass on my message’. Just after 11, I received an email saying ‘Your details have been passed onto us to investigate the location of your order. After taking a look into this, we can confirm that this item is currently with our Dispatch Team to be collected this afternoon. Delivery from this point will be on Monday 20th March before 6pm.’ I responded to say the item needed to be with me by Friday, which they were already aware of. They were completely disinterested, and only offered me the option to collect it from their office. As I had promised my venue a neon light for an event that evening, this has left me in a very challenging situation. I asked if I was to collect, what discount could be provided, to cover my time and fuel. They advised nothing, but could give me a discount on a future order - hardly appropriate given the service I’d received. I went to collect the item in the end, and was greeted by three vacant people in an office. At this point, it was evident that the person taking my calls, was most likely sat next to the person sending me the faceless emails. In summary, I paid full price, including delivery, for an item that neon filter failed to deliver to me, and I had to spend 3hrs in total collecting, utilising my own fuel. If you want your item for a specific time, I would avoid this company at all costs. In my experience, they do not deliver inline with their guaranteed delivery dates, and their customer services team and customer experience is woeful. I will close by saying, this is the first review I have ever written online of a negative nature, and have done so, as this company have made no reflection of the poor service they have provided.
