I too donated milk to this company many times, first box was fine agreed £1 per ounce. Next cooler the price was dropped to 75p per ounce but 2nd cooler was lost, not compensated for. Third batch they told me that the milk had failed and I wasn't getting paid as my first batch failed......when they originally told me it had passed. Was in tears for most of the time working for this company

Would not recommend donating to this company. They along with Fed Ex lost 6 litres of my breast milk and refuse to compensate me . Claiming that they are not in a position to do this. This is a ‘for profit’ company who cannot claim to have the interest of mothers or families at heart because if this were true the would have compensated me. I will be informing people to avoid this company and those who I know have breast milk to donate I will suggest donating directly to the NHS

They don’t even CARE about the baby’s health. I purchased milk from them and they arrived already dissolved. They blame our Conciage for it but when we checked the CCTV cameras they delivered the milk much later than they claimed they did. They never refunded me for that and never took responsibility although i proved it with a video footage. They were rude and they did not care. I paid a lot of money to throw away the delivered milk.
