Repeatedly cancelled appointments; extremely rude when they do turn up. Caused more damage to my worktops and then accused me of deliberate damage. Unresponsive and angry when asked to make good. Now refusing to cooperate with the kitchen supplier who contracted them. AVOID! Update: Work checked by three experts, all of whom have slated Neo Granite's work. BEWARE! Update: After a 21-month battle, involving Consentino, all of my worktops and upstands have been replaced by another fabricator. What a differeance - Ultra Marvellous!

Apparently silestone doesn’t withstand heat and getting a crack in a splash back after 3 years is normal. Apparently the end user should have registered the warranty but was not told!! “We have looked through this and unfortunately this is heat related damaged down to thermal shock which isn’t covered. If you look up Silestone on the internet it will mention thermal shock so it’s definitely not heat proof. It can withstand quite high heat but not for long periods of time.” A. I hardly cook. B. I never have anything touching the splash back for long time periods. Would like to know why this stone is used for splash backs if it’s not fit for purpose. Disappointed:(

A very shocking unprofessional company who offered myself a job then a week later unoffered me the job. Marco the owner acted unprofessional and didn't have nerve to even phone me when I've left him 2 voicemails 2 texts and 1 email asking for confirmation letter of employment. Do not trust this company ....avoid at all costs as they don't tell the truth!!!. I was not unsuccessful for the job role ....you gave me the job and shook my hand on it??????.
