Take time to read this. We Had windows fitted a month ago, was initially told by salesman that payment was due in full once we were satisfied, this was not the case, as soon as their team finished work they wanted payment immediately. As it was dark when the labourers came to finishing up the made one hell of a mess around our front window, and had also not put down a board thus covering our block paving in cement and dust. They sent the team back to address the pointing issues and to sort the drive but what they ended up doing is sanding down all the bricks around the window making it look worse. I've emailed there office with pictures and have had no response, it's likely to cost me hundreds of pounds to fix the mess that they have left, look at the pictures for yourselves, think twice about booking, where other companies charge more upfront their customer service will be better and won't cost you to clean up the mess. I will be getting on to trading standards if the issues are not sorted.
