I wouldn’t recommend this place, I called to enquire about renting the canoes, Was told that he would be there till 2.15, I said we were driving almost half hour from our town, We got there just after 2pm and no one was there and he had turned his phone off. Very disappointed and an all round 1 hour trip for nothing!

We drove 1,5 h from Milton Keynes to the place , we tried to call 5 times to see if any space available as online was showing OPEN , we tried to book it online but was no option given as it say on the website…book on the site …when you arrive. Then after a long drive we get there and it was closed!!we tried to call again no answer We went to the neighbour shops and enquired of what’s happening,so they call the owner : the owner of the business said that is closed today and is also open only on Thursday due to Covid . From my understanding if you struggle as a Business you want more costumers and you facilitate the business to have more , or at lest take 5 min of your busy time and write that is closed in specific days so other idiots such as my self won’t drive all the way from Milton Keynes during peak hours to find the place shut .Or at-lest use the technology provided and answer the call so other people won’t drive all the way . Very unpleasant,unprofessional experience!!!!!!!!! Will never ever step foot there again and I will make sure to inform my friends too of my unfortunate waste of time !!!!!
