    If i could give zero stars i would. Spent nearly £150 on homebrew items, none of the 6 x hop leaf products or the 1 x homebrew kit hops i purchased were vacuum sealed (as displayed on the website) and the single 3 x 100 gram hop products were dried out and brown and way past their best and in stapled up plastic bags? The homebrew adjuncts recipe kit bag had split open and dumped half the contents into the box that then ended up on the car floor due to crummy plastic stapled together packets that split open and there were also 4 x hop additions (at least they looked fresh) for the homebrew recipe kit but no mention on the recipe sheet when the 4th addition was to be added so assume it was for the final hop stand or possibly a dry hop🤔. Spoke to the brewery owner who packed it all but he was not interested-he offered to refund the 3 x 100g hops but i really couldn't be bothered at this point. In my 30 + years of home-brewing i have never received such crummy hops- i have thrown out better ones than this total garbage-i thought i would buy from a local supplier for a change and support a local business but i will never ever buy from this company again.I will stick to my normal homebrew suppliers. Their website motto is “Expect the Best” unfortunately i did-but received a disappointing outcome. Never again.
