Dealt with these guys especially in supplying slicing machines for my small chain of italian Deli’s in London. On a friday morning in despair , one of our busy shops are down one machine and within 2 hrs hey presto magic man from Nella arrives!! Takes away the broken one leaves a loaner replacement 🥂Thats service Returns the repaired Berkel slicer 1 week later ….. new motor fitted/ resharpened blade. touch for 1/4 price of a new one incl pick up drop off

Great quality & great service overall, the receptionist was very friendly and so helpful! I recently opened a bar/ restaurant I was recommended by a friend to use Nella for our chopping boards & rental knife sharpening service for our new business, I also purchased some pots and pans, other kitchen machinery. I would highly recommend. I phoned NELLA Monday morning left a voicemail at 8am my delivery came within 24 hours of calling!! Superb service 10/10!
