You need to leave the key with staff. Very reasonable price. We found it accidentally and really saved us a lot of time. The staff was friendly and understanding. The entrance can be a bit complicated since it is narrow but two ways.

Booked a space online selected pay by the hour and when i got there the very unhelpful member of staff who didn't have a clue told me you have to pay first and knew nothing of the booking. Waste of time effort dont park here as you're probably going to get your car damaged due to them being piled up on top of each other.

Avoid! Cars are pilled on top of one another. You have to leave your keys with the attendant so he can move cars around to let others in and out. Whilst there I saw him reverse someones car into a wall and scratch the rear. Booked the night before on Parkopedia for £35. There was no room for my car when I arrived, even though the attendant insisted he could squeeze it in. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car there or my keys with the attendant. £35 lost but lesson learnt. If it looks a bit shady, it probably is.

Good and 'cheap' (if I am allowed to use that word in London) garage for the area. You left your car to the staff at arriving and they park it for you. You pay £5 p/h once you collect your car so no overpayment due to a bad calculation of time needed. . Only cons are not vans allowed (highs) and no many places available. Good service overall.
