Very very rude. Wouldn’t hand over my parcel, at 5.30pm!!! They state that’s their cut off time for handing over parcels…well that’s their own rule. Showed utter contempt when I challenged them over this. So I went back the next day, to be greeted with silence and the parcel thrown at me. Dare i say not very PC. Of this was the only newsagents in London, I’d never use it. Stay away, because they don’t like you. Btw it gets no rating. But I can’t post this without rating so begrudgingly it’s one star.

Terrible experience, extremely poor customer service! collection of a UPS package disaster, would not release it says come back after 9:30, so I assume this pick up is not for local residents but businesses. UPS said send your child with photo ID, he still won't release it! opening hours are false for UPS. Humiliated my child while trying to collect on my behalf with ID, with UPS email will not use this shop again or UPS it's been 5 days and I still cannot have my package.

Don’t go here. Extremely rude and will not take your packages. Go somewhere else to drop off. He refuses to take the papers needed for customs as every other shop does. Waste of time

Yesterday afternoon I bought a 75cl bottle of Martini Rosso in NELHART NEWS. There was no price tag on the bottle nor on the shelf. I paid by contactless card & did not ask the price, only to note today that I was charged £18.99, about twice the usual retail price. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN NELHART NEWS! IT IS A RIP OFF

Avoid - Tried to use for an Amazon return (UPS). Wish I would have read someone else's comment to take the item boxed. This shop will not pack it for you even tho it says they will on your return instruction.

This Newsagent is listed as a recipient to receive returned goods on behalf of UPS. I was given false information with regards to accepting a package which was not wrapped in which I was told that no other outlet would wrap the item. But yet Snappy Snaps in Chancery Lane did so without any fuss and supplied me with first class service that this Newsagent couldn't.
