Fantastic service having contacted Neil to quote me for a replacement combi boiler on arriving looked at the boiler diagnosed the problem and said I can repair this rather than replacing the boiler so I knew straight away I had made the right decision choosing Neil Stevens both Neil and Peter are extremely competent at what they do Fiona did a fantastic job planning the work in for me I will definitely be using these again I would highly recommend them

Loved the service this team provides. When buying the house, the team seamlessly retrospectively provided the boiler a gas Safe register certificate. The invoice was sent via email and really easy to pay by simply clicking the links they provided. The following year we had poor heating in the house and the team arrived, were friendly, wore a mask, shared the knowledge of what they doing whilst servicing the boiler. Another great experience, thank you Peter. Then in Christmas holidays we had a leak into the toilet bowl from the tank, thank they tried to contact us via email and text to get someone out to fix it. Although I was able to replace the flush valve seal (SV01967) it was amazing to have a team really trying to help us during the holidays.
