Neil is professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in both surveys he completed. His survey helped us avoid purchasing a beautiful property which would have cost us many thousands owing to hidden damp! Neil was also able to support us when a vendor and agent became aggressive around pulling out of a purchase. Neil demonstrated a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of older properties and the inherent risks. He also surveyed a recently built property with a similar level of detail, giving us information we could not have known on viewing, which had helped us to weigh up the risks of purchasing and an understanding of what aspects of the property will need maintenance and repair. I would highly recommend Neil and the need for a level 3 purchase in order to make an informed decision before purchasing.

Neil is an example of why house buyers should always invest in getting an independent RICS surveyor, as he will be able to survey the house, and spot as many problems as practically possible that may sometimes have been covered up, saving you many thousands in costs, as you can ask for a reduced price to repair if need be.
