    Mr Davis came to us last year and successfully repaired the aged hinges on a window for us. The workers were efficient, tidy and polite. This was all reflected in the invoice. A reasonable price for a good job done. We were very pleased. So we returned to Neil David Glass LTD to do some more work for us. This time replacing two whole windows and frames. Sadly our experience of this company could not be further from the efficiency of last year. We have been waiting now since July/august for a quote after having been visited and measured up. After countless phone calls and messages to Neil Davis we have come to the conclusion that Mr Davis had no interest in replacing our two window. I like to give people chances to do the things they say they will, hence, it has taken me nearly three months to write these words. I am annoyed that Neil Davis Glass Ltd are not the company I thought they were. To anyone thinking of using this company please beware. I feel that they are total time wasters.
