We were recommended to Mr Bulstrode after what seemed like an age being passed from various public and private healthcare providers to resolve my teenage son's condition, gynaecomastia. My son (15 years) was becoming increasingly affected by his condition, retreating from normal teenage activities and, because of our experience before finding Mr Bulstrode, wasn't confident we were going to be able to resolve it until he was 18. The minute we walked into Mr Bulstrode's office we were immediately put at ease and a clear way forward mapped out. Mr Bulstrode totally understood my son's situation and the impact it would be having. He took us through the details of the procedure and the results we could expect. We are so truly grateful to Mr Bulstrode for removing a CMN from our daughters forehead. The removal was completed over two surgeries back in November 2020 when she was just 3 years old. Mr. Bulstrode and his team went above and beyond during my daughter’s treatment. At the 11th hour our insurance company complicated things, and not only did both Mr. Bulstrode and his secretary Sheelagh contact me after hours to help me deal with the situation , they both continued to work after their business day had ended to help successfully sort the issue. He was always kind and attentive to my daughter and listened to my (many) questions and concerns during our appointments, and was also on hand to do the same both before and after my daughter’s surgery. Awful service. After explaining my situation in great depth I got an e-mail explaining Mr Bulstrode was away. Once i chased the matter a multiple times I got no reply for over 6 weeks!! When I finally saw Mr Bulstrode I was shocked at his unprofessional attitude and amazed at his clear lack of knowledge over other surgeons i have seen regarding my issue. You have been warned! Edit - funny Mr Bulstrode seems to know my first name but has record of ever seeing me.... a liar as well as a bad surgeon. Thank you for proving my review.
