Sonya's lovely, calming, personable manner helped us through it all at a time when we were all distressed, and we had a funeral service Sandra would have been proud of. We felt comfortable all the way through, and nothing was too much trouble for both Sonya and Neil. Indeed, four months on, Sonya is still there to answer my queries in an ongoing relationship. Went to a funeral recently in Harrogate where the service sheets had to be handed out to the seated congregation - as they came with the hearse instead of 30 minutes prior. Also I think it rather tacky and distasteful to have the name of the funeral director on the service sheet. I have never come across this before.

Having never had to arrange a funeral before and not knowing where to start, Neil and Sonya were amazing, they came to see us and talked us through everything and helped us with everything from the love and care looking after dad, the order of service to the flowers and even set up a screen to have at the service showing photos of my dad throughout his years, I just want to say a massive thank you for everything you have done for me and my family , you are truly a wonderful couple who go above and beyond to make this as less painful as possible

It is sometimes difficult to write a review when you have experienced the loss of a loved one, but in the case of Neil and Sonya i believe it is warranted. Professional, sympathetic and understanding seem to be the bywords that this company live by. I also believe that there USP must be the fact that Sonya looks after the female deceased giving great comfort to those who have lost their Daughter, Mother or Grandmother. I cannot recommend Neil and Sonya highly enough.
