This is the first time that I have used this company. They came recommended by my next door neighbour. I needed a boiler service. I rang up at 9am and they were here by 12.30. The two lads who turned up were very polite and professional. One of them did the service and the other one checked out my central heating pipes to give me a quote for replacing them. All work was done in an efficient and professional manner. I have asked to be put on an annual boiler service contract with this company. Many thanks Negas

Had a boiler installed approximately seven years ago, by NEGAS, the engineers have on the whole been ok when completing the annual service. (Paid for annual plan) However, dealing with the owner (Paul) is a whole different ball game. Over the phone he is rude, obnoxious and VERY unprofessional. After another awful experience over the phone today I cancelled my policy via email. In response to my email I received another call and yet again I received the same level of unacceptable, unprofessional behaviour. If you end up speaking with the owner be AWARE he lacks the normal expected customer service skills.!! Service: Heating system maintenance
