We reluctantly put our mother in a care home, as she was ill. She required nursing care. I am greatful for the staff at this care home. They really worked hard and helped her in her final few months. There were some really amazing members on the team. Like all homes, there will be issues from time to time. When we had ours, we talked to the owner who took them seriously. I know they are working on them. Thank you all for making my mum’s days as pleasant as they could be and thank you for the amazing team members who helped.

My mum just left Neem tree after nearly 4 weeks of convalescent care after a hip operation. Cannot fault the facilities or the staff she was looked after beautifully and she got the best possible start to her recovery. The rooms themselves are lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff could not do enough for her nothing was too much trouble…highly recommended. Thank you Neem Tree for everything x

I will never put my mum in a indian care home ever again I thought by putting mum in her own surrounding the staff will understand her needs and look after better but i am throughly disappointment because neem tree staff dont know what dementia is The most disappointing is meera Shah owner of neem tree is discriminating against my mum because she does not like her and she will only keep people in her come home if she likes them There are other dementia residents who are worse than my mum but because meera shah like them no matter how noisy they are and disturbing other residents she wont take any action against them He excuse is we can't meet mums care needs what care needs is talking about I am really disappointed that meera Shah is discriminating against her own people
