Very annoyed that we won't receive our Christmas tree on time for our family gathering even though we ordered it in November through Homebase. Needlefresh's excuse was that they had a "technical error". What a disappointment for everyone.

Ordered a Christmas tree from this company through Homebase. After 10 days of when this order was first made I got a call from Needlefresh saying they missed my order because of error in their spreadsheet.. They are very slack and incompetent.. Worst thing to be happening before Christmas.
