The worst broadband I have ever come across. They promised my mother Internet, they couldn't provide. So she cancelled it. Nearly two months later they took money from her account for broadband she never got. Contacted them to ask them why they had took money out and they said it was cancellation fees. Please avoid!

Shocking service, do not respond to the emails of which there are many, don't answer your phone calls. We have struggled with this company for over 3 months now. Fed up and cancelling the contract. Advertising fibre at 40mbps we struggle to get 2mbps... Terrible.
