I had a wonderful Women's Balance massage by Hayley. It is a new kind of massage that is gentle but I thought it was incredibly powerful and relaxing, and I love the smell of all the oils that were used. It definitely helped my body unwind and relax. I'd recommend to any woman (or man) who is feeling a little delicate especially with any hormonal stress. Hayley is brilliant too

I have tried the Natural face lift massage and the Frankincense rejuvenating facial from Hayley and they were both very enjoyable. My skin looked very fresh and I got compliments on looking younger. Hayley has a very calm presence and her fingers perform magic on the face. I recommend getting the 90 minutes treatment as an hour flies too quickly and it is very pampering experience that is worth taking your time with.

I had a wonderful Myofascial Release treatment with Margot for neck and shoulder pain. The moment your treatment starts, you know you are in healing hands. The gentle work Margot did on my arm, neck and shoulder was considerate, attentive and effective. Her experience and knowledge combined with her therapeutic touch was greatly appreciated as I began to feel my pain reduce and movement in my neck and shoulder improve - and all without any discomfort. I felt so much better! This is a lovely therapy and I recommend it to anyone interested in Myofascial Release to have their treatment with Margot.

I had a wonderful massage from Margot the other day and this was genuinely the best deep tissue massage I've ever had! I just felt so much better and relaxed afterwards. She can detect tension in the muscles and relieve it very well in a firm yet gentle manner. She applied just the right pressure on my areas of intense pain. I also like her general approach to healing ! Brilliant techniques, and the whole experience was very comforting. Highly recommended! Will come back again 100%!

I stopped on the off chance of a massage. They got me in straight away. My lower back was hurting from over work at the gym and not enough stretching. Rose was the lady who elevated the pain.
