  After diligently researching into Solar and the best deals with the best service, I decided to go with NEAL energy due to their honest and helpful approach. I like the fact that they are a family business and a local company who don’t venture out too far and pride themselves on their service. They were so thorough and informative and there was no hard sell, just clarity and professionalism. I spoke to Mark and Samantha in the first instance, and even spoke to the director Sean who was very friendly and they were excellent in advising the most beneficial system to suit our requirements.
 our system was installed as scheduled and the install team were very professional. 
Our system has been up and running for over a year now. There were a few minor connectivity problems initially that were dealt with quickly.
 The internal support team were absolutely brilliant and handled the matter very swiftly. 
I highly recommend NEAL Energy as a company and it’s the best decision I’ve made to avoid these ever rising costs. My savings have been fantastic!

  Samantha, Shaun, Millie and all the team were all absolutely brilliant. Samantha explained all about the company, my system design and everything I needed to know which put me at ease. Ian Hill the electrician was brilliant, asking me where I wanted the controls and explained everything to me and he did not stop all day. He was always courteous and polite and a credit to the company. I would highly recommend this company.

  Great service, recommended. Mark was absolutely fantastic and really looked after us, Shawn & team gave a top quality service. Many thanks guys! Follow-up after installation (end of Feb 2023):- Very happy to say this is the best investment we have made! No issues whatsoever, we’re very happy. The savings far outweigh the costs even during the cooler months, the battery storage system is fantastic too. Not only are we saving money we have reduced our carbon footprint. It’s a great feeling to have solar but more importantly that we found NEAL Energy Solutions to get us there. Thank you all so much. We highly recommend NEAL, they are knowledgeable, professional we can’t thank them enough. We’re managing to save for an extra holiday break away now too.

  Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost. There are a lot better companys than this. Had my panels installed in April and during installation they realised they haven’t got the batteries which are supposed to be available as a kit, but not informed at the time of any supply issues. Well 8 months later I’m still waiting. After they have finished installing, left scaffolding for another 3 weeks. Regarding the grid registration well I don’t even know where to start. No installation pack for 6 months and only just trying to register for exporting electricity 7 months later having given the grid £450 electricity for free! They will tell you everything you want to hear before you sign up but after it’s your problem. Really poor communication and co-ordination of work. Avoid!!!!!!
