Overall final repair was good however there was an issue with finish which I noticed on collection. They apologetically took the car back and fixed the issue with no complaints. But I had to visit the garage twice and take time out of work to do it. hence 4 stars.

Staff was rude and when speaking to them on the phone they refused to rectify their errors and even put the phone down on me. So unprofessional. I spoke to a women, I didn’t get her name but she said she was the manager… this was the person who put the phone down on me! I never raised my voice (even though I was angry) and I treated them with respect when I spoke to them so their actions are even more concerning, it’s a shame they couldn’t treat me with the same respect.
