    You have to pay with an app. No phone signal in car park. Also you have to trust NCP to keep your credit card details. This is devolution. Let's all give our personal details to everyone, even random car parks . You can opt to que for 30mins at one pay station. However you can not park near the pay station. As this area is for personal parking spaces . If the rating was for the most difficult place to figure out the random rules and surreal design and planning it would get 5. It gets 1 oh there are plentiful cheaper places to park.

    Car was broken into last night. Security don’t do anything and there aren’t enough cameras despite the cost of parking. It’s over priced and dangerous. I wouldn’t park here again.
