Don’t park here. Despite all the expensive cars and the appearance of a secure car park it isn’t. Lost a lot of my work equipment at the end of a long day. The Car Park isn’t manned, despite there being an office with a light on, so when you do get into trouble NCP won’t send anyone, not even with a broom to sweep up the glass. All you’re left with is an online NCP form, an online Police form and the headache of your insurance. In a situation like this even if you can get someone out to replace the glass you have to wait 2 hours for the window to set before you drive. You’re better off finding a nicer car park further away and taking a taxi to where you need to go, it will save you pain in the long run. NCP prices will keep increasing and the service diminishing. It’s hard to think of another company that cares as little about the safety and well being of its customers.

Deceptive practices. When I booked the website started I could cancel up to 2 hours before the booking, however, when I tried to cancel 2:30 hours before the site claimed I had a non flexible booking.

Someone broke our car’s window and sunroof and stole our stuffs. We called customer service and no one helped us. It’s like a ghost town. We had a baby with us and they didn’t care! Never ever NCP again! Also someone stucked in the car park, they can’t leave because gates don’t work. They are still trying to reach someone to sort their problem out but they can’t reach anyone while I am writing this review.
