    Very expensive car park, the entrance you will miss it if you are not really looking well after it. On the way back to the car, luckily there was a person next to the door to let us in otherwise we did not know how to get in because there were no signs to tell you that. Avoid this car park

    Absolutely poor. Had my car broken into. Front gate was open. Cameras everywhere yet no assistance or answer from anyone. No help. Apparently this happens 3/4 times a week in this car park! Stay away! Insult to injury they charge me £50+ then extra because it took me over an hour to clean broken glass and cover up broken screen.

    Prices are a little bit ridiculous and parking was extremely cramped and if you’re not a confident driver - good luck trying to park here. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’ve got no alternative.

    Very bad experience. We parked for 24 hours and then tried to pay using the App and the Pay later web page which NCP has. I downloaded two apps, sent an email and spent around 2 hours on telephone before someone answered. They advertise to pay using the pay later page on their website but this appears to be a con designed to cause maximum distress prior to issuing penalty notice! You can also access the pedestrian gates without any check / verification meaning that it is fully accessible to people who have not parked their car here.

    AVOID. We were robbed. Returned to the car to glass everywhere and a hole in the back windscreen. NCP don't give a toss and the AA accept its a regular occurance - the security lock on the back entrance doesn't work and so theives are clearly paying off the attendant to take his dinner breaks at convenient times. We weren't the first, and unfortunately we won't be the last.

    DO NOT USE. Absolute losers. Went in and left the car for a few hours. Came back and the back window was smashed in, and a bag had been stolen. There were no car park attendants and nobody answered the buzzer or bell or anything - but we could see the car park attendant wandering around doing nothing going in and out of the gates. We'd already paid to leave, so called NCP head office and were told that we only had 15 mins to get out because wed paid and they weren't interested unless we had a crime ref. So we got that and gave them it. Later on when the AA arrived the AA man knew from experience that the back door security pad and gate lock were broken, and that he could simply walk in. So the car park isn't secure. They also refused to give us the CCTV footage of the damage. If you use this car park you are asking for trouble. STAY AWAY.
